About the teacher:
CJ O’Reilly has been moving since doing partner acrobatics with his father as an infant and young child, which evolved through the “extreme sports” of the 90’s along side a martial arts practice, and finally into dance.

CJ is a passionate autodidact and this class is a Champloo inspired harvest of his many hours of personal study from teachers and books the world over.

Why Champloo Agility?

Champloo (Japanese: Chanpurū/チャンプルー) is an Okinawan stir fry similar to the Chinese 烩菜 – a stir fry dish with a variety of vegetables, thrown together, friend and steamed. The inspiration for Samurai Champloo’s eclectic influences.

This all around agility class mixes a variety of modalities from the world over to train for agility developing strength, flexibility, and endurance.
